The Orange County Education Foundation (OCEF) will recognize Ernestine Reid for her long-time support, service and leadership to education in Orange County during its “Celebration of Education” event at James Madison’s Montpelier next month.

The Vision of the Orange County Education Foundation is to support scholarship and advancement for the teachers and students of the schools in Orange County, Virginia.

Our mission is to build a community partnership among schools, families, and businesses to provide resources, inspire innovation, and enhance opportunities for teachers and students of the schools of Orange County, Virginia.

The Foundation maintains a teacher innovation grant program and a scholarship program in order to provide resources, inspire innovation, and enhance opportunities for teachers and students.
