Darius Minor Memorial Scholarship

Criteria: Available on an annual basis to one Orange County High School senior pursuing college education in political science, history or government.

Amount: $1,500

The Darius Minor Memorial Scholarship will be managed by Gary Greenhalgh, PhD. The Scholarship will be awarded, to one student, on an annual basis, in May of each year, to a deserving Orange County High School senior pursuing college education in political science, history or government. An initial award of $1,500.00 will be made in May of 2019.

Selection. A Teachers Committee of 5 Orange County history, government and social studies teachers will recommend a deserving student by Mid April of each year. The OCEF will make the final selection.
