The Carter Scholarship Fund was created to honor the legacy of educational focus of Henry Lee and Judy Carter. Henry and Judy both had decades of community service in their community, and their dedication toward quality educational opportunities for every student always took center stage. Though they supported and encouraged all students in their individual endeavors, they worked hard to ensure that students who were seeking alternative education had the same quality opportunities and support as those who sought traditional four year degrees. In an effort to continue their legacy, Henry and Judy’s five children pledge to carry on their parents beliefs in the importance of education through this educational fund.
